Craig Adams knows all about being in denial of a disastrous state of health. A highly competitive basketball player through high school and into college, intestinal illness, fatigue and emotional distress forced him to give up the sport he loved. After five months of restful recovery, inactivity and dissatisfaction drove him to rededicate his passion and energy into a two-year plan to reclaim his health. Discovering and addressing the underlying causes of his physical and emotional issues ultimately led him to a career in the health and fitness industry.
Fifteen years later, healthier and more enthusiastic than ever, he helps people take charge of themselves and create the physical fitness they need to live the life they know they deserve.
Owner of Studio One in New Edinburgh, Craig brings clients his expertise gained from training hundreds of people of every possible background over the past nine years. His three-pronged approach, developed through his own personal struggles, helps clients become knowledgeable and motivated while making balanced eating and regular exercise a fun and rewarding part of their lives.
Craig is a certified trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).
