Starting March 15th, Studio One is going to be offering Yin/Yang Yoga on Sunday mornings at 9:00am-10:30am! The class size will be limited to 10 participants… so don’t delay!

At Studio One we offer our prices upfront, without commitments or contracts, so you are informed before you come in for your class. We work to help all of our clients progress towards their health and wellness goals in a way that fits well into their lifestyle.

Natalia is a passionate yogi, a serving member of the Canadian Armed Forces and mom to an active seven-year-old daughter. Open and heart-centred living is Natalia’s way of life. She is committed to serving a purpose greater than her own and cultivates joy from giving back.

For Natalia, yoga, breath work and meditation are indispensable allies, helping her stay balanced through life’s challenges. She sustained severe leg injuries three years ago and yoga was instrumental in her recovery. Her practice supported her physical rehabilitation and helped sustain her morale, as she healed the trauma of her experience. 

Natalia offers a caring and safe space to students and those seeking to slow down and turn inward, meeting them wherever they are, with patience and compassion. Her hope is that everyone who attends her classes and workshops feels supported and finds a sense of sanctuary within their own practice. Natalia offers fun, accessible/all-levels classes in a variety of styles. Her favourite styles, however, are slow flow, gentle yoga, yin/yang and restorative. 

Natalia is a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200) and meditation coach. Her training was conducted at PranaShanti Yoga Centre, one of Ottawa’s premier studios. She is currently pursuing additional advanced-level training through PranaShanti to achieve 500-hour certification and further refine her skills in trauma-sensitive, inclusive and accessible yoga practice. Natalia is first-aid certified and and is registered with Yoga Alliance, the international accreditation body for yoga professionals.

Yoga Package FAQ

What happens if I buy a 10-pack and cannot attend all the classes?

If you purchase a Yoga 10-pack and find you can’t attend each week then you have the option to shift the remaining sessions forward to your next package. For example, if you miss two classes then those sessions would be deducted off the cost of your next package. Or, if you are not interested in purchasing again, we will simply refund you the amount for the classes missed.
